Mr. Mickey Oudit coming from Trinidad began his journey in air filtration in 1990 as a commission-based sales representative. Through years of learning, observing, and working closely with customers, he developed a deep understanding of air filtration and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ), becoming an active member of NAFA and ASHRAE.

His passion for education led him to develop Filternomics, an approach focused on helping people better understand air filtration, make smarter choices, and improve the quality of the air they breathe.

Under Mickey’s leadership, Cosmos Air has built a culture centered on team growth, continuous learning, and lasting customer relationships. His philosophy is simple: treat customers like family, invest in people, protect our environment, and continuously adapt to the changing air-quality needs of our world.

Team Behind the Vision

Pamela Kissoondath

Her journey with the company began when she joined Cosmos Air in managing business operations and finances. Originally from Trinidad, she moved to the United States and soon became an important part of our team. Today, she oversees the company’s finances and works diligently to keep daily operations running smoothly. Her long-standing commitment reflects the close relationships within our company, which she considers her beloved family.

Pallavi Sharma

Her journey with Cosmos Air began in 2025 when she joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Originally from India, she brings extensive administrative experience, including managing IT projects. She oversees manufacturing operations, human resources, IT, and legal matters, ensuring that each area functions smoothly. Her ability to connect with the team in such a short time has been remarkable; it feels as though she has been part of the company for many years. She considers Cosmos Air her second home, where customers and employees alike are treated as family, and she feels truly blessed to be part of such an amazing company.

Anthony Scott (Rico)

His journey began when he joined cosmos to manage the company’s transportation and warehouse operations. With a background in campus security, his reliability and dedication quickly earned the team’s trust and helped him grow into a key leadership role. Today, he supports the fast transportation of filters and works tirelessly to ensure customers get deliveries in a timely manner. His long-standing commitment reflects the company’s family-oriented culture, where he and his family have become part of our own.
